Sorghum has been a staple grain in Rajasthan for centuries — drought-hardy, nutrient-dense, and completely free of gluten. We took that grain, paired it with Rajasthani jaggery and real unsalted butter, and added roasted ajwain for the kind of warmth that lingers.
No maida. No refined sugar. No palm oil. No shortcuts.
Each cookie is baked in small batches at our facility in Bikaner, using ingredients sourced as close to the farm as possible.
What's inside
44% jowar (sorghum) flour — the base, the point, the grain that makes this what it is. Jaggery in place of refined sugar, adding a depth of sweetness that white sugar simply cannot. Real unsalted butter, not hydrogenated fat. Roasted chickpea flour for structure and a quiet nuttiness. Prebiotic inulin fibre to support gut health without changing the texture you expect from a butter cookie. And roasted ajwain — just enough to make each bite feel considered.
