Some biscuits are made. This one is engineered, layer by layer, grain first. Miltam is a ragi biscuit sandwich: two thin, butter-baked ragi biscuits with a layer of real peanut butter between them, the entire piece dipped in 80% dark compound chocolate. Three layers. Three textures. One 18g piece. Five in a box.
The format will remind you of a famous chocolate sandwich biscuit. The ingredient list will not.
The ingredient story
Ragi forms the entire biscuit base. No maida, no wheat flour, no mixed-grain shortcut. Finger millet is denser than refined flour, naturally earthy, and the reason Miltam has a snap a white-flour biscuit cannot replicate. The filling is ground peanut butter: real peanuts, not peanut-flavoured cream. The coating is 80% dark compound with real cocoa mass and a bitterness that earns its place; each piece is individually foil-wrapped and meant to be eaten deliberately.
