Most butter cookies are made with maida and vanaspati. This one isn't.

We use rolled oats and bajra flour — two ingredients with more character, more fibre, and a flavour that doesn't need to be masked with artificial vanilla or cheap fat. The butter is Amul unsalted. The sweetness comes from cane sugar, declared fully on the label. A touch of cardamom ground in-house. That's the whole recipe.

It bakes into a cookie that's crisp, slightly earthy, and genuinely satisfying — not because of a health claim, but because the ingredients are real.
